WYC Gala
We have been in the Wayzata Yacht Club for a couple of years. We go to our share
of black tie events and galas throught the year. But few are as fun, classier and
has some amazing people watching like the Wayzata Yacht Club annual Gala in November.
This year it was held at Ruperts Ballroom on 394 in Golden Valley. The dress is a
nice shirt, blazer and dress pants or nice jeans for men and similar things for woman,
more dresses. Though there were kilts spotted. There are a ton of people and everyone has assigned tables based on
the type of boat or team you are on. Everyone got two drink tickets and there was great
drinks, partially sponsored by the St Croix Winery the Premier MN Winery, who's owners
are active members.
We had a great time and it is on a short list of must go events.
