E and I do a lot of wine stuff. There is a whole world of knowledge around the culture of wine. We are Yacht Bums at the Wayzata Yacht Club.It takes about four people to sail a boat, to pull sails and ropes, that is what E&I do. If you look at our schedule we do something different every weekend so cabins or boats would be more time on maintenance we don't like. We sail when it meets our schedule and the same with the WYC regular social events. And the WYC are nice people from all ages over 21.

So E & I decided we would put on a Wine 101 class for our WYC friends. E & I would present and pay for the wine as a thank you for accepting us in the club. Very quickly this wine class turned into a wine pairing since one of the clubs daughters was a Cheese specialist (WITH a Cheese Degree) On the evening of March 14th fifty of us got together and learned about wine and cheese and history and met new friends. It was a great evening we hope to do again.
