E & I have met a LOT of great people in our fifteen year wine journey. Doug Haltgrin who owns & teachs for 6 Ounce Pour is one of the most knowledable people we know about how life and wine are associated. Doug teaches a kinda monthly class at North Loop Wine & Spirits where every Friday night we go to taste wine. Dougs classes are about $60 each and comes with about six pours of wine from that nights theme, We went to two classes a week a part in January. Doug is good people and there are not any other regular wine theme classes in the metro.

This nights class was about Wines of Italy. The next of Dougs classes we are attending is Wine & Art Thursday Feb 12th at 7 PM.
