I am without question a lover and spokesman for the Vizsla dog breed (Hungarian Pointer). I had to put down Josie our last Vizsla in December. My vet cried too. He said she was the favorite dog I treated, she was an incredible loving well mannered dog. So after we put her down for she could no longer walk I sent the message out to my network we were looking for a Senior Vizsla to rescue. We have a Spinger Sadie who is lost without Josie her buddy for ten years.

We have rescued Vizslas before, so we know how it works. You put out your feelers to every rescue group in the area and wait for the call. That came on Thursday night March 19 from Cindy the rescue mom.
