The largest get together in MN every year is simple, the MN State Fair the ten days before and ending on Memorial day. We get National Music Acts and fun for all ages. If you don't go twice you wont see it all or be dragging at days end. The animals change several times. So the same barns that will have rabbits one wee will have chickens the next. And if you go to the fair and don't go through the barns, you didnt go to the fair. Next to the barns is the Miracle of Birth Center where every day, in fact every hour farm animals are being born, kids to grandparents love it. Every year the fair changes including the 100+ things to eat on a stick. And if you are looking for the latest fashion... you don't need to go to New York or Paris, it can be found every block on the fair grounds. The fair recently added a massive bus system so parking is no longer an issue and you can park near home. You don't have the true taste of Minnesota until you have been to the MN State FAIR!
Thursday the MN state Fair set an attendance record at 122,000+ and I stepped in everyone of those GUM!
