Rosedale Center There are 4-6 large shopping malls in the metro. In the west is Ridgedale, in the south by the Airport there is the Mall Of America & Southdale and in the North Metro there is one Rosedale. Now one might argue for the Fashion Mall in Eagan, but they are not a walk in mall, each store has a door to the outside. In the South West Metro there is Eden Prairie Center and inside malls, but sometimes forgotten. Also in the North in Maplewood Mall and Northtown Malls, both aging and seemly shrinking in size. If we are adding walking in shopping area Maple Grove and Woodbury Shopping centers should be mentioned, again all stores have doors to the outside. When we say we are going to the Mall we mean Rosedale. Rosedale has about 200 stores and shopping opportunities and have 10 million visitors annually. If it’s in the Midwest it is probably at Rosedale. They have free parking a movie cinema and good security for safe shopping. It is our Go To Mall.
