Tonight we are at Pier 500 in Hudson on the St Croix waterfront. If you are looking for a Twin City type of restaurant in Hudson with similar food & atmosphere and similar prices Pier 500 is for you. Being on the river its a great place to go after a day on the water. They have Pasta and Walleye sandwiches so they have a mmix of Wisconsin and Minnesota foods at a decent price. They take reservations unlike many Hudson restaurants and at least in the winter there is a ton of free parking a block or so away.

I had a fish sandwich which was very good as were E's Angel Hair Pasta.

We went during Christmas time during Covid and were very pleased when MN was closed. It's a good place to eat if you are in Hudson. And they have an incredible deck overlooking the river.
