Lacasita
There are few evening chain restaurants we regularly go to for decades,
LaCasita & Khans Mongolian the only two I know of.
But then few restaurants offer what La Casita does.
You walk in and usually within a minute, without a reservation, you are seated.
The food and drinks are always reasonably prices, always very good and the place is always clean.
And we have no issues taking our kids & grandkids there over the years. They have things for
the tots to do and food they will eat.
So this year we are going to revisit some of our favorite places we have ignored recently.
At one time La Casita was an every Friday night thing for us.
We have gone both to the Columbia Heights one and the one in Roseville, both are great.
Typically, when we go I have the Steak Fajita and E has the Chimichanga. This time I had the Fajita with steak, Chicken & shrimp. It’s a bit more but a bit tastier.
Anyway you cut it, La Casita though not as exotic as some of the places we eat/review always has great food at a reasonable price
