After February the coldest month in the Midwest we all start getting cabin fever. So when that happens we go to the Mpls convention center downtown Mpls. One of the first shows is the Home & Garden Show. It’s a great show to get out and leave the winter behind.
There is always an abundance of landscaping and flowers grown exclusively for the show. In addition there are hundreds of vendors for everything for both home & garden needs. We now take our grandkids on Friday afternoon. They leave with a bunch of balloons and other give aways. E& I get to talk roofing people, garden people and ask the experts in the field for the price of admission.

Speaking of price, you can eat at the show but expect to pay $20 a meal, eat before.
Parking is attached to the convention center so you don’t even  need to bring a coat.
