Minneapolis Gift Expo

We enjoy shows of all kinds. And we are a sucker for free tickets. So, when we received 40 free tickets to the Minneapolis Gift Expo in early November we reached for our calendar. Yes, we had an hour that Saturday to make a gift show. With Christmas only a month away, why not.

It was held at the Minneapolis Convention Center, the same weekend as the Twin City Con: comic book and super-hero convention. Let’s just say it was a fun day people watching.

The Gift Expo was free and was wall to wall people. It is difficult to explain what was for sale and available at the gift expo. Everything would be a bit out of scope. How about everything for inside the home. They had candles, perfumes, art, medicines, jewelry, pottery it was wall to wall ladies and a few nice guys that tagged along.

At free plus $10 to park the place was a bargain. I’m sure though we bought nothing this year we will go next year.
