Emily’s Lebanese Deli

We were looking for a different interesting place to eat. We wanted a place not needing reservations in the NordEast because we were attending two wine tastings before 7 PM in that area. We posted this on 3-4 Facebook food groups. We received about a dozen suggestions. All but a couple were places we had already been and reviewed.

The name that popped out was Emilys Lebanese Deli. First it was in then Nordeast a couple of blocks from the big McDonalds on University & Broadway. Second because it was a deli we knew we would not need reservations, just walk in. And Third because we Love Lebanese Food. OF We had never TRIED Lebanese food, but all the better we love Mediterranean food. 

First of all, Emilys is located on the corner in a residential area.  They have parking in back which is a major plus. They have about ten tables to eat in if you desire. Nearly everything on the menu was under $20. We always share one meal so our bill was $38.18.

We wanted a mixed platter #4 but there is no such thing. We talked to the nice guy taking orders and found an interesting combination that gave us the Lebanese experience. Everything was tasty especially the salad and the lamb.
