This is your typical Mexican restaurant with a huge eight page menu.

They have apps & salads: Including Grilled Shrimp Salad

A La Carte: Taco El Pastor, Fish Tacos, Shrimp Tacos,  Seafood Enchiladas

Burritos, Fajitas & Enchiladas

They also have a complete Vegetarian Menu

We have other closer mexican restaurants we go to but this place is worth the few extra minutes of drive.

The wine list is easy to remember: Merlot & Tempranillo. E had a good Tempranillo 

We had reservations but the place seats 200 people, don’t waste your time, walk in an get a table.

I had a blended strawberry margarita, it was tasty but I had to ask if it was a virgin.... not a lot of kick.

We had an El Rodeo sampler which would have been a meal itself. After I had a steak, chicken & shrimp Fajitas and E had a cheese enchilada all three were very good. A LOT of food, that would not keep overnight if you took it home.

If you are shopping the massive Maple Grove mall area with hundreds of stores El Rodeo would be a great place to eat. Nothing special just a good old Mexican restaurant.

Our waiter was Manfred, he was nice and worked hard for us.
