We had heard great things about this place for years, finally we are trying it. We started with the special four shrimp with a sweet & sour sauce on a silver dollar pancake thing, phenomenal. Then to a fresh green salad with feta & strawberries a combination we have never seen but works with the vinegret dressing. This was after the most generous wine pour we have seen in years for under $15.

When we were last in New Orleans (The big Easy) Ellen wanted a shrimp creo entree we never found until tonight. This had: shrimp, sausage, peppers, onions, rice & spices in a great dish.

Cafe Ena has a great deserved reputation, the place is non-descript But the food is tasty and well priced.
I don't remember the last time we walked away happy with our meal leaving food & wine left.
