We are not fans of Vietnamese food but for you our readers we’ll try a very popular Vietnamese restaurant. If you know the metro it is located what once was the Kmart where Nicollet was closed by Lake Street and 35W. It is not known to be the best part of town. But get out by sunset and you will be fine.

Quang is a very popular restaurant in the area. They have very nice outdoor dining options and a large main dining room. They are well known for their vegetarian food options. Like man similar restaurants they number their food options that would reach to the 5-600 items. Which makes it nice to tell friends and for next time because my Vietnamese is lacking.

They had only two red wine choices but if you are going to have only two a Cab & Tempranillo are not bad options.

We ordered EggRools for $7.50, Cream Cheese Wontons for $7 and Grilled beef Rice platter for $12.50. Are total bill WITH two glasses of wine was $41 plus tax or $45.06. It was a cheap date, good but not great food. So if it’s budget week, give them a try.
